Construction execution management services for the expansion of Institut Escola El Morsell

Infraestructures de la Generalitat de Catalunya is procuring construction execution management and technical supervision services for the expansion of Institut Escola El Morsell in Olivella. The school is to accommodate one preschool and primary stream, five additional units and one secondary stream; the project includes approximately 1,350 m² of new secondary-school classrooms and shared facilities, together with about 1,000 m² of nearby external landscaping and access improvements. The contract is not divided into lots. The initial works period is 12 months, and the service remains in force through the works’ 24-month warranty period.
