Framework agreement for on-demand road transport of personnel

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring a framework agreement for on-demand road transport of personnel and their luggage when the San Fernando Naval Vehicle Depot No. 3 cannot meet demand. Services include one-way and return transfers, scheduled journeys with multiple stops, and special services, across Cádiz, Seville, Málaga, Huelva, Córdoba and the rest of Spain. The initial term is two years, starting on 1 January 2027 or on formalisation if later, with extensions of up to a further two years; the tender budget is €400,000 including VAT.
