Urgent supply of a 24 kV medium-voltage switchgear panel with automatic reclosing

Summary

The procurement is for the supply and delivery of one 24 kV, 400 A medium-voltage switchgear panel with an automatic circuit breaker and automatic reclosing for a substation at the Lancha del Genil drinking-water treatment plant in Granada. The supply includes transport and delivery; removal of the existing panel is outside the contract. Delivery is due within one week of contract award and must be coordinated with EMASAGRA in advance. Bidders may tender for only one of two mutually exclusive lots: the priority SF6-free panel, with a ceiling of EUR 20,000, or a used/refurbished SF6 panel, with a ceiling of EUR 14,000. The second lot will be considered only if no bids are submitted for the first. Both ceilings exclude VAT. The bid must meet the technical requirements and include a lot-specific technical proposal, supporting evidence and a price offer. Evaluation considers the technical solution and proposed improvements, as well as price and warranty duration. The minimum warranty is 24 months for the SF6-free option and 12 months for the used or refurbished SF6 option. Contract performance is subject to occupational safety, environmental protection and data-protection conditions.
