Tax advisory and assistance with the Barcelona Institute of Culture's tax obligations

The tender seeks ongoing tax advice and assistance for the Institut de Cultura de Barcelona to meet its tax obligations, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers domestic Spanish tax compliance: support with preparing and filing monthly and annual returns, including VAT, personal income tax withholdings, corporate income tax, information returns, transfer pricing, and local taxes and fees. The contract is divided into two lots, with budgets including VAT of EUR 18,990.77 and EUR 24,651.48 respectively, or EUR 43,642.25 in total. The initial term is one year from 1 January 2027, or a later date specified in the commencement record, with extensions of up to three years for a maximum total term of four years. As a rule, one bidder may be awarded only one lot. Evaluation awards up to 35 points for methodology, 35 for price and 30 for service-quality improvements. Bidders must meet the relevant turnover, prior-experience, staffing and qualification requirements for the lot and submit the required tender documents.
