Sewer Pipeline Rehabilitation in El Palau d’Anglesola

Summary

The contract covers the rehabilitation of the existing municipal sewer pipeline on La Bassa and Fassina streets and at Plaça Catalunya in El Palau d’Anglesola. The pipeline is deteriorated: its base is missing in several places, and there are cracks and leaks at the joints. The works are intended to restore the proper operation, watertightness and durability of the municipal sewer network. The work must be carried out as one integrated contract; it is not divided into lots, and variants are not allowed. The estimated contract value is EUR 92,730.25 excluding VAT (EUR 112,203.60 including VAT), and the execution period is two weeks. Offers must be submitted electronically. Price is worth up to 90 points, while offering an additional year of warranty is worth 10 points; the standard warranty period is one year and becomes two years if the additional year is offered. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the awarded price excluding VAT. Bidders must be registered in the required register and demonstrate suitability as specified in the tender documents. The offer must include the required declaration or procurement-pass document, the financial offer and the offer relating to the objective award criteria. If new staff are hired to perform the contract, at least one full-time new position must be reserved for an unemployed person facing social exclusion or at serious risk of it and experiencing significant barriers to entering the labour market.
