Sale of Two Residential Plots in La Selva del Camp

The public competition concerns the sale, as one combined lot, of the municipality-owned residential plots 021-01 and 025-02 in the UAR-1 area of La Selva del Camp. The plots have a combined area of 1,806.79 m² and a minimum price of EUR 160,322, plus applicable taxes. The buyer assumes the urbanisation duties and costs associated with the plots; plot 025-02 carries a registered urbanisation cost of EUR 123,229.22 plus applicable VAT. The urbanisation project has not yet been processed and the works have not begun, so construction depends on fulfilling the outstanding urbanisation obligations and obtaining the required permits. Bids must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. The offered price must be at least EUR 160,322 excluding VAT. Price is worth up to 80 points; an earlier commitment to apply for the building permit can earn up to 20 points: applying within three years earns 20 points, within four years earns 10, and the general five-year deadline earns no points. In any event, the buyer must generally apply for the permit within five years, start construction within six months of notification that the permit has been granted, and complete construction within three years of starting work. The successful buyer pays the price when the sale is formalised and provides a performance guarantee of 5% of the award price. Eligible bidders are natural and legal persons with the required legal capacity and no legal bar to acquiring public property.
