Summary

The tender covers maintenance, conservation and local improvement works on existing pavements in Vic, including accessibility improvements; it is not a comprehensive street reconstruction. The project is divided into two lots: Lot 1 on Bisbe Morgades Street and Lot 2 on Pare Coll Street and Rambla de les Davallades. The plan must cover scheduling, workforce and machinery, materials, quality control, health and safety, temporary traffic management and accessibility, and communication with affected residents and businesses. Work on Lot 2 near the school on Pare Coll Street must be scheduled so that activities requiring closure of a traffic lane do not take place during the school term. The contractor must maintain safe, accessible pedestrian routes, clean the work area daily, and put up signs and notify residents at least 48 hours before parking restrictions begin.
