Roof renewal and compressor relocation at Vitoria-Gasteiz public-safety facilities

Summary

The contract covers renewal of roofs at Vitoria-Gasteiz public-safety facilities to address damp caused by deteriorated roofing and improve thermal performance, as well as moving the compressor from the fire station hangar outdoors to free space for other uses. The works are to be completed within 90 calendar days from the date set in the site-setting-out record. The tender budget including VAT is €370,894.77; the contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a technical proposal and work schedule. Evaluation awards up to 25 points for the technical approach and up to 75 points for price, price analysis and an extended warranty; a minimum technical score of 12.5 is required to proceed.
