The tender covers adaptation works on the first floor of the municipal centre at Fuente de la Salud 4 in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The works include redistributing the rooms, building new toilet facilities with showers, modernising the spaces and finishes, and updating and commissioning the existing building services so the floor can be used safely. The works must be completed within 75 calendar days from the date specified in the site-setting-out verification record. The contract is not divided into lots, and variants are not permitted. The bid price must not exceed €149,342.51 excluding VAT; the budget including VAT is €180,704.44. Price is worth up to 60 points, the technical memorandum up to 25 points, and a score of at least 12.5 points for the memorandum is required to remain in the procedure.
