Architectural and building-services improvements at Ramon Farrús football ground

The procurement covers building and building-services improvements at the Ramon Farrús football ground in Lleida, divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes reconfiguring and extending changing rooms and building an auxiliary block with accessible toilets. Lot 2 covers upgrades to heating and water systems in the existing changing rooms; electrical, cold-water, ventilation and fire-protection systems for the auxiliary block; mechanical ventilation for the changing-room areas; and new lighting for football pitch 5.
