Supply of an emergency vehicle and mobile generator

Summary

The procurement comprises two separate but technically compatible lots for the municipal Civil Protection Service of Vandellòs and l’Hospitalet de l’Infant: (1) an SUV or equivalent emergency vehicle fitted and marked for emergency use, including warning equipment and a loudspeaker; and (2) a sound-insulated mobile diesel generator with an automatic transfer switch (ATS), integrated on a road-approved trailer. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots, and the lots may be awarded to different suppliers, but the vehicle and trailer combination must be proven technically compatible. The Lot 1 budget ceiling is EUR 40,000 including VAT (EUR 33,057.85 excluding VAT); the Lot 2 ceiling is EUR 20,000 including VAT (EUR 16,528.92 excluding VAT). The total ceiling is EUR 60,000 including VAT. The price must include fitting and conversion, transport, testing, markings, type approval, legalisation, registration, required documentation and training. Each lot must be delivered ready for use within 90 calendar days at the latest and carries a minimum three-year warranty. Each lot is evaluated separately: price is worth up to 55 points, delivery time up to 15, warranty extension up to 15, and lot-specific technical improvements up to 15. Bidders must meet the technical minima, submit the required signed responsible declaration and be registered in the required business register. Bids must be submitted electronically. The notice states a deadline of 19 October 2026 at 14:00, which may change if objections to the tender documents are filed.
