Botafoc Park urban development works, construction supervision and safety coordination

Summary

The procurement covers the urban development of the Botafoc Park green area in El Vendrell, together with related technical intervention services. The service lots are Lot 2: supervision of construction execution and quality control; and Lot 3: coordination of occupational safety and health during construction. The works will prepare the site with paths, planting, utility services, furniture and equipment, including the necessary demolition, earthworks and site preparation. A bidder may submit an offer for both lots. For each lot, the offer must state only a percentage reduction from that lot’s budget excluding VAT; offers exceeding the budget will not be accepted. Lot 2 has a base budget of EUR 55,868.74 and an estimated contract value of EUR 67,042.49. Lot 3 has a base budget of EUR 27,927.56 and an estimated contract value of EUR 33,513.07.
