Psychological Support and Advice for Assessing Rural Agents Corps Sub-Inspector Candidates

Summary

The contract is for psychological technical support and advice in preparing and carrying out the third, psychoprofessional suitability assessment stage for candidates seeking the sub-inspector position in the executive scale of the Rural Agents Corps. The work covers designing assessment-centre exercises, assessing candidates, documenting results and preparing reports, as well as providing technical advice to the selection board. The expected assessment group is 80 candidates, while the budget is based on up to 88 candidates to allow for ties. The contract runs from signature until 31 December 2027. Its estimated value is €23,595.44 excluding VAT, with a maximum unit price of €268.13 excluding VAT. Payment is based on the number of candidates actually assessed. The bid must include the assessment methodology, exercise and scoring-criteria descriptions, and a timetable; evaluation considers price, methodological quality and verifiable additional staff experience. Participation requires, among other things, a team of at least four registered psychologists and a qualified reserve psychologist, as well as proof of the company’s financial and technical capacity. Results and documents must be provided in Catalan, and strict confidentiality and data-protection requirements apply.
