Concrete supply for construction of the Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre in Palma de Mallorca
Summary
The contract is for the supply of concrete for construction of the new Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre in Palma de Mallorca. The required quantities include 510 m³ of HA-30 structural concrete and 130 m³ of HL-150 blinding concrete, with concrete pumping and other priced supplementary services as needed. The supplier is responsible for loading, transport and unloading. Deliveries will be made in partial orders over a one-year term. Orders are to be placed at least 24 hours in advance, and the supplier must fulfil each partial order within three working days. The concrete plant must be no more than 20 km by road from the site; travel from the plant must take no more than 45 minutes, and the total time from loading to unloading must not exceed 90 minutes. Bidders must meet a minimum turnover requirement of €139,000 and provide the specified plant and concrete quality evidence, while complying with technical, environmental and occupational safety conditions. The estimated value is €139,197 excluding VAT (€168,428.37 including VAT). Price is the sole award criterion. Zero-price bids and bids exceeding the budget will not be accepted, and variants are not permitted.
