Supply and installation of furniture for the San Javier Social Welfare Centre

Summary

The procurement covers the complete supply and installation of furniture needed to equip the San Javier Social Welfare Centre. The work includes transporting, assembling and placing the furniture in the rooms, remedying any damage caused during installation, removing waste and handing over the final equipment documentation. The furniture must form a coherent whole, with consistent finishes and design across the spaces and compatible modular elements. The procurement is a single contract and is not divided into lots. Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 calendar days from contract signing or from handover of the building for furniture installation. The estimated value is EUR 64,793.27 excluding VAT. The contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Bidders must meet the legal and financial capacity requirements and demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 65,000 and relevant experience in previous supplies. Bids must be submitted electronically. Price carries up to 70 points, an extended warranty up to 20 points, and a shorter delivery and installation period up to 10 points. The standard warranty is two years; three-, four- or five-year warranties and delivery and installation periods of 50 or 40 days are evaluated. Before the furniture is accepted, the contractor must provide FSC, PEFC or equivalent evidence of the sustainable origin and chain of custody of wood and wood-based products.
