Supply and installation of a wooden gabled shelter at the Cañizar Lagoon wetland

Summary

The procurement is for the supply and complete installation of one treated-wood shelter or pergola with a gabled roof at the Cañizar Lagoon wetland in the municipality of Cella, Teruel. The shelter must provide 32–36 m² of covered usable area, with an approximate roof area of 40–45 m², a minimum clear eaves height of 2.23 m and a ridge height of approximately 2.90 m. The structure must be weather-resistant, safe and ready for use. The bid price must include materials, transport, labour, fixings, anchoring, auxiliary equipment and post-installation cleaning. The contracting authority will construct the concrete foundation, but the bidder must provide the information needed to design it and its anchors. Price is the only award criterion. The maximum budget is EUR 25,598.05 excluding VAT (EUR 30,973.64 including 21% VAT); bids above the limit and zero-euro bids will not be accepted. Economic and technical capacity are not required under this procedure, and variants are not permitted. Before delivery or installation, the successful bidder must submit the required drawings, structural calculations and evidence concerning the materials and protective treatment. Contract conditions require digital handling of documents and removal and recycling of packaging. The products are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
