Supply of equipment for setting up a shared food-production workshop

Summary

Linares de Riofrío Town Council is procuring, as one indivisible package, the equipment needed to start operating a shared food-production workshop. The supply includes a combi oven with a water and drainage connection kit and stand; a 75-litre food autoclave; a 10-litre mini cooking kettle and wheeled stand; a 15 kg scale with label printer; a 10-litre planetary mixer; a manual labeler; an extractor hood; a 1,200-litre refrigerator; stainless-steel worktables, cabinets and shelving; a 240-litre wheeled waste bin; two insect-control units; a first-aid cabinet; a 50-litre water heater; a sink with tap and pedal control; a vacuum packer; and a food freeze dryer with an approximate 5 kg capacity. The bid must price all equipment specified in the tender documents. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion. The estimated value is EUR 45,759.73 excluding VAT and the maximum budget is EUR 55,369.27 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically as one signed file within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice, with a responsible declaration and price offer; the required registration must also be provided. The successful bidder must deliver the equipment, at its own transport cost, within no more than 7 days of the award decision to Calle Humilladero 2, Linares de Riofrío, and provide the equipment technical data sheets and CE documentation on delivery. Subcontracting and variant bids are not allowed.
