Summary
The contract covers the supply and installation of six air-conditioning units at the Las Palmas Military Arsenal and the Naval Command of the Canary Islands, where existing equipment does not provide sufficient cooling for the relevant rooms and offices. It is an undivided mixed contract, with equipment supply as its main component; detailed work requirements are set out in the technical specification and the measurements and budget annex. Work is generally carried out on working days, and delivery and transport are at the contractor's expense. The tender budget is EUR 14,894.40 including 7% IGIC (EUR 974.40); the estimated value excluding tax is EUR 13,920. The basic execution period is 20 days from contract signature or from the following day, whichever deadline is earlier, and the work must in any event be completed by 30 November 2026. Offers are evaluated on price (90%), warranty extension (5%) and delivery-period reduction (5%). The base warranty is 3 years and may be extended by up to 12 months; the delivery period may be offered up to 10 calendar days shorter. Offers must be submitted electronically as a single bid. Participation requires compliance with the qualification and compliance requirements, including registration in the official register and submission of the required declarations, as well as compliance with environmental, REACH and occupational-safety obligations during performance.
