EDITRAN Administration and Operations for Banking Information Exchange

Summary

The procurement is for a banking-information file-exchange service for Sareb using the EDITRAN protocol, principally to retrieve Norma 43 bank-account transaction data. The provider must supply and maintain the required software licences and provide the platform and necessary hardware, daily file transfers, EDITRAN administration and operation, connection configuration and testing, incident resolution, and delivery of files to Sareb in a readable format through an sFTP connection. There are currently connections to 7 banks, but the service must cover up to 10 entities. The service runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with two possible 12-month extensions. The estimated cost is 82,000 euros excluding VAT per year and 246,000 euros including the possible extensions. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate relevant EDITRAN experience from the previous three years and the required turnover, submit the required declarations, and provide a service manager and technical team. The service includes routine support from 08:00 to 19:00 and round-the-clock support for specified services and critical incidents.
