Supply and installation of a 20 × 20 metre cultural tent in Guadalcázar

Summary

The procurement is for the supply and installation of a 20 × 20 metre tent, providing 400 m² of covered space, at the Guadalcázar fairground as permanent infrastructure for the municipality’s cultural events. The contract covers delivery, transport, assembly, secure anchoring and handover. The tent must be self-supporting, have a pitched roof and no intermediate masts or support posts; the side posts must be 3 metres high. The structure must use high-strength extruded aluminium, with principal profiles of at least 240 × 110 mm. The covering must be high-tenacity polyester with an opaque white PVC coating and a minimum density of 820 g/m². Its fire rating must be M2/T2 or equivalent under UNE-EN 13501. Completion is due within 45 days of contract signing at the Guadalcázar fairground. The estimated value is €41,300 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of €49,973 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion and carries 100 points; variants are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single file within ten working days of publication of the contract notice, with a responsible declaration and price offer. Bidders are exempt from separately proving economic, financial, technical or professional capacity, but must declare their legal capacity, that taxes and social security contributions are up to date, and that no exclusion grounds apply. The contractor must provide a team qualified for work at height and the necessary lifting and safety equipment. The proposed winner must submit the required technical documents and valid civil liability insurance, and provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
