Renewal of access-control equipment at airport car parks
Summary
The procurement covers the renewal of access-control equipment at the entrances and exits of six car parks at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. The old barriers and control columns must be removed and new equipment supplied, installed, configured, tested, commissioned and integrated with the parking-management system. The sites are car parks P2, P4 and P12, the T1–T3 and T4 long-stay car parks, the low-cost car park and the South Pier car park. The planned quantities are 27 entry columns and 25 exit columns, together with various barrier types and barrier components. The solution must be compatible with the airport’s existing SKIDATA Parking Logic V15 system and with versions deployed during the following 24 months. The expected contract duration is six months and the estimated value is €716,059.34 excluding VAT; the procurement is not divided into lots. Bidders should be prepared to demonstrate financial and technical capacity and submit a signed compliance commitment, equipment specifications and experience details for key roles. The technical evaluation is worth up to 100 points, and bids scoring below 60 are unacceptable; if at least three bids pass the technical threshold, a reverse electronic auction will be held with a minimum bid reduction of €7,200. The new equipment must carry a three-year warranty, and the manufacturer must ensure spare-parts availability for at least ten years.
