Delivery of school health promotion and education programmes

Summary

The tender covers four separate school-based health promotion and education programmes in Huelva: bullying prevention for fifth-grade primary pupils, gender-based violence prevention for fourth-year compulsory secondary pupils, healthy eating for second-grade primary pupils, and environmental education in Moret Park for third-grade primary pupils. The provider will arrange participating schools, prepare the educational content and supply the resources needed to deliver the service. Lots 1–3 require at least 30 one-hour sessions each; lot 4 requires at least 20 sessions of 1.5 hours each. Sessions will normally involve 25–30 pupils and take place during school hours. At the end of the programme, the provider must submit a report covering participation, satisfaction, incidents and proposed improvements. The total estimated budget, including VAT, is €40,000. Bids are evaluated on price (40 points), up to 10 additional sessions (9 points), relevant training experience (31 points) and the technical project (20 points). The documents give different start dates: the technical specification states 15 September 2026, while the administrative tender document states 15 October 2026.
