Sound equipment hire and technical services for the 2026 MotoGP World Championship

Summary

The procurement covers the rental of sound and public-address equipment and related technical services for the 2026 MotoGP World Championship at Circuit Ricardo Tormo. The work includes supplying and transporting the sound-system equipment, installing and testing the complete system, operating it during the event and dismantling it afterwards. Sound coverage is required for the grandstands, restaurant area, supplementary grandstand in the orange-stand area and VIP terrace. Generators are excluded, but power points for the sound system are included. Event operations are scheduled for 25–29 November 2026. The system must be fully installed, operational and tested by 20 November 2026 at the latest. Event days are planned as 12-hour shifts. The estimated contract value is EUR 78,803.69 excluding VAT and EUR 95,352.46 including VAT; payment is based on the units and workdays actually ordered and accepted. The financial offer must give one discount percentage applied uniformly to all unit prices. Bidders may also offer an earlier installation completion date and free backup equipment as award improvements. Bidders must name a suitably qualified sound-system lead technician and meet the registration, qualification and compliance requirements.
