Concrete supply for replacement works at the Elena Fortún school (Phase 2)

Summary

The contract covers the production, transport and delivery of concrete for phase 2 of replacement works and supplementary services at the Elena Fortún school site in Chillarón de Cuenca. Deliveries will be made in one lot as required by the construction work, through partial orders issued at least 24 hours in advance. The required quantities are 700 m³ of HA-25 reinforced concrete, 150 m³ of HL-150 non-structural concrete and 30 m³ of HM-20 mass concrete, plus a price for the fluid-consistency surcharge on 700 m³. Concrete must comply with the current structural code and be delivered by mixer truck to the Sargalejo site on the Guadalajara road in Chillarón de Cuenca. The execution period is 6 months and the contract term is 7 months. The tender budget is €95,826 excluding VAT, or €115,949.46 including 21% VAT. Offers above the budget, with a total price of zero, or covering only part of the requirement are not accepted. Bidders must price every main item and auxiliary item; auxiliary items include, for example, fibres, antifreeze additive, waiting time and loads below 4.01 m³. Offers are scored on price for up to 95 points, with up to 5 points for concrete bearing an officially recognised quality mark. Bidders must meet the registration requirement, have annual turnover of at least €67,100 in their best available year from 2023 to 2025, and hold the required concrete production-control certificate. They must also show that the concrete plant is located within a transport time and distance compatible with the structural code. Offers must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 10:00.
