Materials and ancillary services for sidewalk refurbishment

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of construction materials and ancillary excavation, demolition and construction-and-demolition waste management services for sidewalk refurbishment in Puebla de la Calzada. It is divided into three lots: Lot I—aggregates, Lot II—concrete, and Lot IV—excavation, demolition and waste management services. Lot III, for construction materials and paint, was awarded under an earlier procurement and is not included here. Bidders may apply for one, several or all lots. The total budget is €55,482.45 excluding VAT and €67,133.76 including VAT; the budgets including VAT are €23,411.08, €32,875.70 and €10,846.98 respectively. Offers are assessed on price alone, which is the sole award criterion. An offer must include every item listed for each lot applied for and must not exceed the unit-price limits or the lot budget. Offers must be submitted electronically with a signed responsible declaration or the European Single Procurement Document. The contract runs for 12 months, ending no later than 30 November 2027. No performance guarantee is required for the aggregates or concrete lots; Lot IV requires a final guarantee of 5% of the awarded price excluding VAT. During performance, the contractor must sort and manage waste properly and comply with workplace safety, health protection and applicable collective agreements.
