Supply and installation of an aerothermal system for the ACGMACAN multipurpose hall

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of an aerothermal heat-pump system for the ACGMACAN multipurpose hall. The system must be delivered and installed at ACGMACAN within 25 calendar days after the day following contract formalisation and, in any event, before 1 December 2026. The estimated contract value is €51,150 excluding tax, and the maximum tender budget is €54,730.50 including 7% IGIC. The bid must state the price and include technical data sheets for the proposed equipment, and must cover every item listed in the technical specifications. Price accounts for 85% of the award assessment and an extended warranty for 15%; the required warranty is 3 years, with a 12-month extension earning 5 points and a 24-month extension earning 10 points. Bids must be submitted electronically. Bidders must meet the legal conditions for participation and provide the required declarations. The highest-ranked bidder must submit registration and tax and Social Security evidence, along with the other required documents, within 7 working days. These include proof of civil liability insurance of at least €150,000 that does not exclude military facilities. Environmental and occupational health and safety requirements apply during contract performance.
