Physical, recreational and wellness activities for the Hibernis Mare winter beach programme

Summary

The tender covers the planning and delivery of physical, recreational and wellness activities for the Hibernis Mare winter beach programme in Pilar de la Horadada. Activities will take place mainly at Mil Palmeras beach, with Torre de la Horadada and Villas-Higuericas beaches available when needed. The six programme areas are mind-and-body wellbeing, general fitness, beach sports, water and nautical activities, activities in areas adjoining the beach, and workshops. Activities are scheduled for weekends, public holidays and bridge days from 8:00 to 14:00, across two programme periods: autumn 2026 and spring 2027, then autumn 2027 and spring 2028. The bidder must submit an activity plan, deliver the programme and provide the instructors, permits, safety arrangements, equipment, signage and uniforms required. The service also includes rescue cover where needed for water and nautical activities, daily activity attendance records and photographs, and a digital end-of-season report. The plan must include at least four different activity formats in each of the six blocks and, in each contract period, at least 55 wellbeing activities, 50 fitness sessions, 4 beach-sports activities, 12 water or nautical activities, 18 activities in adjoining areas and 4 workshops. Blocks 1 and 2 must have activities scheduled for every activity day. Price is worth up to 75 of 100 points. Up to 25 points are available for automatically scored improvements, including additional activity formats, advertising and promotional materials, delivery of 500 customised sports mats, and relevant ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 or equivalent certificates. The estimated contract value is EUR 58,800 excluding VAT.
