Supply of digital classroom and recording studio equipment for the A Laracha Intergenerational Building

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, assembly and installation of two equipment lots for the A Laracha Intergenerational Building. Lot 1 is for a digital classroom and includes equipment such as a touch screen, educational robotics kits, a 3D printer, tablets, virtual-reality headsets, projectors and other teaching devices. Lot 2 equips a recording studio and meeting/work room with items including video cameras, tripods, video recording and editing equipment, PTZ cameras and controllers, microphones, a digital mixer, amplifiers, speakers, monitors, cables and equipment racks. Bids may cover either or both lots. The budgets are EUR 25,045.95 for Lot 1 and EUR 45,489.95 for Lot 2, including VAT. All equipment must be delivered, fully assembled and installed within 60 calendar days of contract signature. Each bid must include detailed technical descriptions of all proposed items and enough plans, sketches and photographs to show their specifications and dimensions; general catalogues are not accepted. Items must meet the minimum technical requirements, be new and currently available on the market. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 days of the day following publication of the contract notice. Price scores up to 80 points, while each week saved on delivery earns 5 points, up to four weeks and a maximum of 20 points. Bidders must demonstrate financial and technical capacity and must not be subject to statutory contracting prohibitions. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
