Summary
The contract covers the organisation, coordination and delivery of equality-awareness and violence-prevention activities funded in 2026 by Spain’s State Pact against Gender-Based Violence for the municipality of Isla Cristina. It has four lots: (1) three one-hour workshops for Year 9 pupils in ten groups, approximately 30 sessions in total; (2) an immersive, gamified Escape Class for Year 6 pupils in twelve groups, with two one-hour sessions per group, approximately 24 sessions in total; (3) a dramatized storytelling performance, “The Power of Non-Violence,” for an estimated 300 five-year-old children; and (4) a recovery and empowerment workshop programme for 15 women affected by gender-based violence, comprising eight two-hour sessions, 16 hours in total. The contractor must plan and deliver the activities using gender-aware, participatory methods adapted to each audience, provide the required staff and materials, and submit activity records and a final report. The contract runs from signature until 15 June 2027, with no extension. Its estimated value is EUR 7,226 excluding VAT and the total base tender budget is EUR 7,435.58 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically as a single package within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. In addition to price, award scoring varies by lot and may include additional experience and materials; Lot 3 also scores sign-language interpretation and additional stage props, while Lot 4 scores an extra session. Bidders must submit the required responsible declaration and price offer; for Lots 1, 2 and 4, they must also provide a technical description and digital sample of the proposed teaching materials. Participation requires staff meeting the education, training and experience criteria for the relevant lot. Although bidders are exempt from separately proving general economic and technical capacity under the abbreviated procedure, the specific staff qualification requirements for each lot remain mandatory.
