The contract covers professional instructors for sports activities at facilities managed by EMUGESA in Arroyomolinos, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers gym and swimming-pool instructors, and Lot 2 covers padel and tennis instructors. The contract runs for one year, with an option to extend it for one further year. The annual base price is EUR 16,302 excluding VAT and EUR 19,725.42 including 21% VAT for Lot 1, and EUR 73,390 excluding VAT and EUR 88,801.90 including VAT for Lot 2. The technical plan must describe service organisation, methodology and scheduling, the assigned personnel and their qualifications and experience, and availability and response times for exceptional services. Price carries up to 60 points, the technical proposal up to 20 points, and permitted improvements up to 20 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar services and, after being proposed for award, provide the required insurance and staff details.
