Framework Agreement for the Supply of Metal-Fabrication Consumables and Accessories

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of welding and metal-fabrication consumables and accessories. It is divided into four lots: Böhler products, ESAB products, Lincoln products, and accessories. Bids may be submitted for all four lots, and one bidder may be awarded all of them. Technical bids are assessed on a pass/fail basis; among those that pass, the bidder offering the best economic bid is selected. Bids must be submitted electronically through the ARIBA platform. Participation must be confirmed in writing within ten calendar days of publication of the contract notice; the platform sets the bid submission deadline. Supplies are generally covered by a 36-month warranty.
