Supply and installation of air-conditioning equipment for municipal buildings in Isla Cristina

Summary

The contract covers the supply, transport, installation, connection and commissioning of air-conditioning equipment at two municipal buildings in Isla Cristina: the Daniel Vázquez Díaz Municipal Fine Arts Workshop and the Rafael López Ortega Cultural Centre. The contract is divided into two lots. Lot 1 requires three floor-ceiling units and one split-type unit for the arts workshop; Lot 2 requires three floor-ceiling units for the cultural centre. The equipment must meet the technical specifications for capacity, R32 refrigerant, energy ratings, electrical connection and other features, and include condensate pumps, controls, installation materials and accessories. Delivery, installation and commissioning must be completed within 30 calendar days from the day after contract signature. The total budget is €35,000 including VAT: €18,350 for Lot 1 and €16,650 for Lot 2. Bids will be assessed on price (50 points), an extended all-risk warranty (up to 30 points) and a shorter completion period (up to 20 points). Bids must include a price including VAT, equipment technical data sheets and relevant technical information.
