Rehabilitation of Bustamante Palace for municipal housing

Summary

The contract covers the rehabilitation of the protected Bustamante Palace in Agurain in accordance with the approved project. Municipal rental accommodation and shared spaces will be created on the upper floors, with a room for municipal activities on the ground floor. The works are not divided into lots and must be completed within 14 months. The estimated value is EUR 1,749,223.37 excluding VAT and EUR 2,116,560.28 including VAT. The offer must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days from the day after publication of the notice, with a signed European Single Procurement Document, a complementary responsible declaration and a financial offer in the required form. Tenderers must hold the required works classification or demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity. Price carries up to 90 points, while extensions to the warranties for finishes and installations carry up to 10 points in total. Variants are not permitted. The successful tenderer must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award price excluding VAT.
