Supply and installation of partitions for buildings of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of glass partitions and a door set in buildings of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area, together with dismantling, removal and disposal of an existing partition with a door. The work includes approximately 23.68 m² of glass partitioning, a 2.52 m² door set and removal of 2.52 m² of existing partitioning. The technical specification requires, among other things, 6+6 mm laminated safety glass, a 10 mm tempered-glass door, sound insulation of at least 34 dB and finishes compatible with the existing partitions; materials and samples must be approved by the contracting authority’s representative where required. Installation must take place when AMB staff are not nearby; work may be carried out in the evenings or at weekends. Bidders must quote unit prices capped at EUR 345/m² for supply and installation and EUR 49/m² for dismantling. The budget ceiling is EUR 9,162.48 excluding VAT, or EUR 11,086.60 including VAT; the compliant offer with the lowest total price will be selected. The contract lasts three months and the works carry a one-year warranty. Packaging must preferably be reusable or recyclable, and non-reusable packaging must be recycled by authorised waste managers.
