Supply of Two Waste Compactors, Closed Containers and Loading Hoppers

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of two waste-transfer compactors at the waste collection sites in Montblanc and Santa Coloma de Queralt. Each installation includes a closed 30 m³ container and a hopper adapted to the existing loading dock. The compactor must provide 32 tonnes of compaction force; the technical specification also sets requirements for its dimensions, hydraulics, controls, safety features and materials. The supplier must deliver, install and commission the equipment within 20 weeks, including transport, unloading and installation in its price. The supplier must also train site staff in safe operation and basic maintenance and issue a certificate to each participant at no extra cost. The minimum warranty is 12 months, with up to 12 additional months available as a bid enhancement. The estimated contract value is €98,800 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is €119,548 including 21% VAT. Price carries up to 88 points and an extended warranty up to 12 points. The contract is not divided into lots; variants and subcontracting are not permitted.
