Use of premises, equipment and ancillary services for the 2027 Rural Agents selection test

Summary

The tender covers the use of premises, equipment and ancillary services to hold the first written test in the 2027 selection process for entry-level Rural Agents in Catalonia. The test consists of a knowledge questionnaire and an aptitude test, with approximately 3,000 candidates expected to sit in a single session. The bidder must provide a venue in Barcelona province, within one site, with at least 6,000 seats so that occupancy does not exceed 50% of the rooms’ maximum capacity. The venue must be reserved exclusively for the test organiser on the test day, be readily accessible, have suitable furnishings, lighting and indoor conditions, and provide sufficient parking, waiting areas, storage and meeting rooms. The contract also includes preparing and signposting the venue, reception, cleaning, maintenance, private security and ambulance services, as well as a café or vending-machine facility. The test is expected to take place during the first half of 2027, on a Saturday or, exceptionally, a Sunday. Venue access is required from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and the test runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The tender budget is EUR 39,647.04 excluding VAT, or EUR 47,972.92 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. Bidders must submit the required declaration and price offer; proof of economic or technical/professional capacity is waived.
