Supply of 2,400 m² of tunnel waterproofing membrane (CARFOAM, 70 × 2 m) – TMB 12920

Summary

The tender seeks an estimated 2,400 m² of polymer waterproofing membrane for tunnels, with the nominal reference CARFOAM, 70 × 2 m, TMB 12920; a technically equivalent product is also acceptable. Delivery is to TMB’s central warehouse in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, normally between 8:30 and 13:30. Each item must be individually packed and protected against damage; non-primary packaging must be made entirely from recycled materials. The warranty lasts one year from delivery. Price is worth up to 98 points and the delivery vehicle’s environmental category up to 2 points: zero-emission vehicles score 2 points, ECO vehicles 1 point, and category B or C vehicles 0 points. Bidders must demonstrate at least one supply of the same or a similar product during the previous three years and submit the required technical data and product evidence. Offers must not exceed the budget, and variants are not permitted.
