Supply of 24 OTIS Escalator Steps, 1,000 mm

The contract covers the supply of 24 original OTIS escalator steps, 1,000 mm wide, reference OTIS 9704AK8, TMB code 218212. Equivalent spare parts and variants are not accepted. Deliveries will be made in batches according to actual needs, and the buyer is not obliged to order the full estimated quantity of 24 units. The supplier must keep each complete delivery batch in stock so it can fulfil an order within 24–48 hours. The first delivery is 10 steps, due no later than 16 weeks after contract signing. The contract runs for two years and has no extension option. Bidders can score additional points for cleaner delivery vehicles: 2 points for zero-emission vehicles and 1 point for ECO-labelled vehicles. The estimated quantity is 24 units. The estimated unit price is €1,530 excluding VAT; the budget ceiling is €36,720 excluding VAT and €44,431.20 including VAT. Price is worth 98 points and the delivery vehicle’s environmental label up to 2 points; bids must not exceed the budget ceiling.
