Organising Christmas Activities in the Gorg District

Summary

The contract covers the organisation of Christmas activities for children and families around the Christmas tree in Plaça Josep Tarradellas in the Gorg district of Badalona, together with the supply of the required materials. It includes 17 outdoor activity days, each from 17:00 to 20:00, between 28 November 2026 and 3 January 2027. Each day must include at least one activity for children aged 9 months to 6 years accompanied by an adult, and one craft activity for children aged 7 or over accompanied by an adult. A costumed children’s entertainer must also be present. The contractor must organise the activities, transport, install and remove the furniture, and supply sufficient materials. At least one coordinator, two workshop facilitators and one children’s entertainer are required. The two activity areas must accommodate at least 16 participants at the same time. The contract lasts one year, with a possible one-year extension. The budget ceiling is EUR 23,993.21 excluding VAT (EUR 29,031.78 including 21% VAT); bids must not exceed it. Price is worth up to 48 points, the coordinator’s additional experience from the previous three years up to 40 points, and environmental and sustainability measures up to 12 points: recyclable, recycled or reusable materials earn up to 6 points, and avoiding single-use plastics and batteries earns up to 6 points. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single envelope. During performance, the contractor must sort and properly manage waste and provide a written commitment before activities begin. Staff who have regular contact with children must hold a valid negative certificate from the register covering sexual offences and human trafficking.
