Supply of containers

Summary

The Municipality of Mundaka is procuring, in two separate lots, side-loading containers for residual waste, paper and cardboard, and bio-waste, together with an electronic access-control system for the bio-waste containers. The contract covers delivery, installation, integration and commissioning. Lot 1 comprises 23 large and 4 medium residual-waste containers, 19 large and 4 medium paper-and-cardboard containers, and 20 medium bio-waste containers. Lot 2 comprises 20 electronic locks, including installation and configuration, data-management software, annual communications and maintenance service, and 2,000 access cards. The estimated value is EUR 78,369.56 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 21,590.40 excluding VAT for Lot 2, for a total of EUR 99,959.96 excluding VAT. Bidders may submit for either or both lots, but must submit a separate complete bid for each lot; combined bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Euskadi procurement platform. Under the urgent procedure, the deadline is 10 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements and declare that they are not barred from public contracting. The delivery period for the container lot is six weeks; the deadline for the second lot is specified in the technical specifications. The minimum warranty is two years for both lots. Bids are evaluated on price and quality, including technical features, warranty, delivery time, maintenance, spare-parts stock, training, software and data integration.
