Supply of Different Types of Concrete for Construction of the Getafe Fire Station

Summary

The tender covers the production, transport and delivery of several types of concrete to the construction site of the new Getafe fire station, in partial orders. The quantities are 200 m³ of non-structural HNE-15 concrete, 250 m³ of mass concrete HM-20, 700 m³ of reinforced concrete HA-25, 900 m³ of reinforced concrete HA-30 and 2,000 m³ of HF-4.0 flexural-strength concrete, plus a fluid-consistency price supplement for 2,000 m³. Concrete must comply with the current Structural Code and be delivered in mixer trucks, including loading and transport. Recycled aggregates are prohibited. The estimated contract value is €462,724.50 excluding VAT and €559,896.65 including 21% VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots, and bids must include every requested unit price; partial bids are not accepted. The contract term is 21 months, with an 18-month performance period. The standard delivery time for partial orders is up to 3 working days; orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance, and the supplier must confirm availability within 24 hours. Deliveries are to the Getafe fire station site at Calle de la Cieguecita de Getafe s/n, Getafe, Madrid. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €325,000 in their best available financial year from 2023–2025, and comparable concrete supplies worth at least €323,907.15 in one year with the highest volume of completed work during the same period. A production-control certificate issued by an ENAC-accredited body is required, and the concrete plant must be located close enough to meet delivery-time requirements. The bidder must provide the plant address and GPS coordinates. Price carries up to 97 points; an improved delivery time is worth up to 1 point, and an officially recognised quality mark is worth up to 2 points.
