Supply and installation of audiovisual equipment for the Novíssim building lobby

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of audiovisual systems for the lobby of the Novíssim building in Barcelona’s Ciutat Vella district. The equipment includes, among other items, microphones and control units for conference and discussion systems, PTZ cameras and teleprompters, loudspeakers, amplifiers, audio and video mixers, monitors, videoconferencing equipment, lighting, control and network equipment, and associated cabling and installation accessories. The work also includes preparing an operating manual and delivering one eight-hour training day. The execution period is 10–12 weeks from contract signing or a later start date. Tenderers must have annual turnover of at least EUR 230,000 and prove that they completed two similar audiovisual equipment supply, installation and commissioning projects in the last five years, each worth at least EUR 115,000 excluding VAT. The technical proposal must include a data sheet for every required item (up to four pages per item) and a work plan. A score of at least 20 out of 40 is required for the technical proposal. The bid must state its price, a 10–12-week execution period and a three-to-five-year warranty; the price must not exceed the tender budget. The award criteria are price (35 points), reduced execution time (15), warranty (10) and technical quality (40). The successful tenderer must provide a 5% final guarantee and the required insurance.
