Level 3 maintenance of the Reus 112 emergency call centre server platform in 2027
Summary
The contract covers Level 3, or manufacturer-provided, maintenance of the server platform at the Catalonia 112 emergency call centre in Reus from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Coverage includes the hyperconverged system’s servers and other equipment, hardware, software, firmware, connectivity modules and licences. Services include diagnosing and resolving complex failures, software and firmware updates, security patches, technical support, spare-parts supply and, where required, replacement of critical components within a maximum of 6 hours. Support must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; it will generally be provided remotely, with on-site service where necessary. Reports on critical and serious incidents must describe their impact, the solution, the resolution process and recommended improvements. The estimated contract value is €59,500 excluding VAT, or €71,995 including VAT. Offers are evaluated on price alone, but bidders must also submit a technical description for verification against the minimum technical requirements. Bidders must demonstrate experience delivering at least two relevant Level 3 maintenance services in the previous three years, annual turnover of at least €89,250, professional indemnity insurance of €100,000 and HPE Partner Ready certification. Offers must be submitted electronically in a single envelope; no provisional or final tender guarantee is required.
