Interior cleaning of police vehicles in the Central Police Region in 2027

Summary

The tender covers interior cleaning services for police vehicles operated by the Central Police Region in 2027. The work includes standard interior cleaning and, as a separate service, upholstery stain removal and thorough disinfection. Services are performed on site at police facilities, including those in Manresa, Lledoners, Berga, Solsona, Vic and Igualada. The fleet comprises 206 vehicles: 49 cars, 31 vans, 27 motorcycles and 99 SUVs. The bidder must be able to service all listed vehicle types and bring its staff and equipment to the location designated by the authority. It must attend and perform the service within 48 hours of a request; services are required at least once every two months. Standard work includes thorough cleaning of the passenger compartment, seats, carpets and boot, cleaning dashboards, steering wheels, gear levers, partitions, doors and interior windows, and washing and waxing motorcycles. The disinfection service also includes upholstery stain removal and thorough disinfection of contact surfaces. The contractor supplies suitable machinery and consumables and uses environmentally friendly, biodegradable, non-toxic and non-corrosive products that do not damage surfaces. Hydrogen peroxide must be the active biocidal substance in the disinfectant. For each cleaning, the contractor must provide a service record identifying the vehicle and detailing the work performed. Each week it must provide an Excel file listing cleaned vehicle registration numbers, service types and cleaning dates; each month, before invoicing, it must submit a summary of the work completed. Price accounts for up to 80 award points. Offering urgent work outside normal hours earns 5 points, while offering one, two or at least three cleaning locations within the service area earns 5, 10 or 15 points respectively. Bidders must meet the legal participation requirements and submit the required declarations and an electronically signed offer.
