Supply and installation of a generator and automatic control panel at La Fuenfría Hospital

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of a new standby generator and an automatic control panel with dual changeover, as well as the adaptation and integration of the hospital's existing generator into the new changeover system. The contractor must also carry out the complementary work needed for proper installation, operation, commissioning and legalisation. Electrical supply must remain uninterrupted during the works; any unavoidable brief interruptions must be planned in advance and expressly authorised by hospital management. The contract consists of one lot. The budget is EUR 59,900 excluding VAT and EUR 72,479 including VAT. The completion period is five weeks, with no extension option. Tenders are evaluated on price for up to 80 points and an extended warranty for up to 20 points. The minimum warranty is two years; an additional 12 months earns 10 points and an additional 24 months earns 20 points. Participation requires a prior visit to and inspection of the hospital premises, and the hospital's visit certificate must be included with the tender. The party carrying out the installation must hold an authorisation or registration for low-voltage electrical installation work; this requirement may be met by the bidder or by the installation subcontractor. Tenders must be submitted electronically and include the price proposal and the required responsible declaration.
