Supply of Christmas Hampers

Summary

The Municipality of Ermua is procuring Christmas gift hampers for its employees: an estimated 160 hampers, with the quantity adjustable to the actual number of recipients. The contract covers Christmas 2026 and may be extended through Christmas 2027. The annual ceiling is €19,360 including VAT, and the maximum price is €120 including VAT per hamper; preparation and delivery to the premises designated by the municipality are included. Each hamper must contain the specified selection of cured meats, Idiazábal cheese, red and white wine, cava, olive oil, canned fish, duck foie gras, preserved vegetables, dark chocolates, tea biscuits and two varieties of artisan nougat. The minimum quantities, product types and minimum market prices are set out in the requirements. At least 50% of the distinct products in each hamper must carry documented quality, origin or local-provenance credentials. For every product, the tenderer must provide its name, brand or producer, weight or format, a photograph or description, and, where applicable, certificates and documents proving the stated market price. Additional quantities of certain products and packaging quality are scored, for a total of up to 100 points. Any offered extra quantities become mandatory under the contract. Delivery is to take place on 14 or 15 December, unless the municipality specifies another date; the municipal contact must receive 24 hours’ notice. The supplier is responsible for maintaining sufficient stock, proper storage and delivery, and must replace defective or non-compliant products free of charge within three working days.
