Supply, installation, maintenance and removal of Christmas lighting in Baza, 2026–2029

Summary

The contract covers the supply of Christmas lighting and decorations for Baza’s streets, squares, roundabouts, trees, streetlights and other public-space features, together with their installation, assembly, maintenance and removal in 2026–2029. It runs for four years with no extension and is not divided into lots. All lighting elements must be newly manufactured in the first year; at least 30% of the decorations and lights must be renewed in each of years three and four. Bids are assessed on a total of up to 100 points: up to 10 for price, 10 for additional light arches (2 points per arch, up to five), up to 5 for a faster response to faults, and up to 30 for increasing the proportion of decorations renewed. Up to 45 points are awarded for the technical and design solution. The estimated contract value is €410,000 excluding VAT; the budget including 21% VAT is €496,100. The budget is the maximum bid amount and is allocated equally across 2026–2029 at €124,025 per year. Tenderers must demonstrate the required turnover and comparable supply experience and submit a technical offer containing the required solution descriptions.
