Paving of public roads in Olmeda de Cobeta

Summary

The contract covers partial paving of Calle San Juan in Olmeda de Cobeta. Under the approved project, the existing pavement is to be removed, the surface prepared and coloured paving blocks laid on a concrete base. The works are not divided into lots because coordination and road safety must be maintained on the urban street. The completion period is 9 months. The estimated value is €40,495.87 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is €49,000 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. Each bidder may submit one bid only and variants are not permitted. The bid must include a responsible declaration or the European Single Procurement Document and a price offer. The bidder must be registered in the official bidders’ register or prove that it applied for registration before the deadline. Bidders do not have to submit evidence of financial or technical capacity with their bids, but the successful bidder must have the required financial and technical capability. No final performance guarantee is required. The successful contractor must submit a health and safety plan within 15 calendar days of signing the contract.
