Supply of bunk beds and accessories

Summary

The tender is for replacement and replenishment of the Spanish Navy’s existing accommodation equipment with bunk beds and accessories. The estimated quantities are 24 bunk beds, each with two 90 × 190 cm sleeping places; 48 bed bases with reinforced curved slats (90 × 190 cm); 48 mattresses (90 × 190 × 18 cm); 48 built-in two-door furniture units (0.90 × 0.62 × 2.50 m); and 24 round seats. Delivery is to the Naval Military School in Marín by 15 December 2026 or until the contract’s allocated resources are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The supplier bears delivery and transport costs; payment is made after acceptance of successive partial deliveries. The maximum budget is EUR 72,570.96 including 21% VAT (EUR 59,976 excluding VAT). Price is the sole award criterion, and a lower awarded price may allow additional units to be supplied within the budget limit. The offer must include the required technical documentation and comply with the maximum unit prices. The goods are subject to a 36-month warranty, and the supplier must meet REACH and defence-cataloguing requirements.
