Renovation of La Marina Park

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of La Marina Park in Zamora. The contractor must carry out the park landscaping works in accordance with the project and comply with environmental and construction requirements. These include reducing and, where possible, reusing water used in the works; cleaning machinery with non-polluting products in a suitable location; keeping soil, construction materials and waste in a designated area with sediment control; limiting noise and vibration and scheduling disruptive work so it respects residents’ normal rest hours.
